TechCrunch: “Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos said during the company’s annual shareholder meeting Tuesday that it wants to open more physical bookstores and add additional services to Amazon Prime.”
Is omni-channel retail a delusion?
eConsultancy: “In 2012, Jerry Storch, then the CEO of Toys R Us, told attendees at the Shop.org conference that stores will never die thanks to omni-channel retail. Since that time, many traditional retailers have invested heavily in omni-channel initiatives that seem wise, at least on the surface.”

Men Are Sabotaging The Online Reviews Of TV Shows Aimed At Women

To distill a work of art down to a single number, you have to strip out an immense amount of meaning and context. And for a perfect example of this, all you have to do is look at how men rate TV shows aimed at women compared with how women rate shows aimed at men. When you rely on the wisdom of the crowd on the internet, you risk relying on the opinion of mostly men.”
